I am Norma Jay, a graduate student at the University of Texas at Dallas in the EMAC (Emerging Media and Communication) program within the School of Arts and Humanities. As a seminal class requirement, I created this blog to share some thoughts about scholarly stuff in digital humanities.
I am a veteran print journalist, fledgling social entrepreneur and determined multimedia producer (i.e., the spirit is willing) who also writes southern-based novels that explore non-normative cultural dynamics. Who knows maybe I will continue this blog after that anticipated graduation date in 2015.
